Patrick Chalhoub is the Executive Chairman at Chalhoub Group, having transitioned from his long-standing role as Group President in January 2025.

As Executive Chairman, Patrick continues to focus on strategic matters, act as custodian of the Group’s core values, vision, and sustainability agenda, and continue to provide guidance and support to the CEO and the Executive Committee. This involves upholding the vision and mission that have driven the Group’s success over the years, fostering an empowering organizational culture, guiding leadership development, and ensuring sustainable growth. His leadership will strive to maintain the Group’s identity and ethical commitments amidst an ever-evolving regional and global landscape. Patrick will continue representing the Group alongside the CEO at major engagements, fostering strategic relationships and advocating for the Group’s key initiatives. Under his guidance, Chalhoub Group will continue to uphold its heritage and excel within the luxury sector.

With over four decades of leadership, Patrick has been instrumental in guiding Chalhoub Group through various phases of transformation and growth, establishing the Group as a leading luxury retail in the Middle East. Throughout his tenure, Patrick has played a pivotal role in introducing and managing a wide array of iconic luxury brands. In addition to fostering partnerships with globally renowned names, Patrick has also been a driving force behind the development and success of several home-grown brands; these include Level Shoes, Christofle, Faces, Tryano, and Ghawali. His ability to balance innovation with respect for heritage has been a cornerstone of the Group’s success, positioning it as a key player in shaping the future of luxury.
