Tickets & Registration
You can view all ticket prices and packages here. We offer three options, Standard, VIP, and First-Class. Each designed to give you a unique experience with different levels of access and benefit. Group Tickets purchase are also available.
To purchase your ticket, visit the pricing page here and select the package that best suits you.
Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] containing your e-ticket with a QR code. At the event, just present your QR code to be scanned at the check-in desk to receive your badge, which will serve as your entry pass for both days.

Each group member will receive their own unique QR code by email, granting them individual access to the event.

There’s no need to print your ticket. Just show your QR code from the email at the entrance, we’ll scan it and provide you with your entry badge.
Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Yes, to reassign your ticket to someone else, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll handle the reassignment process.
No, there is no limit to buying tickets. You can get individual or even group tickets! Explore our ticket options here.
If you have not received an email with your tickets, check your spam folder occasionally, they might end up there. If you do not see your ticket within 24 Hours, please contact us at [email protected]
No problem! If you have a valid ticket, we will scan your QR code and provide you with a badge, even if you arrive after the event has started.
We have a 30-day refund and cancellation policy. If the 30-day period has passed after purchasing a ticket, you can reassign your ticket to someone else. Please email us for a refund at [email protected]
Check-in Desk will be open for the two days. During the event, you must always wear your badge. It will be provided to you on the first or second day and serves as your exclusive access pass at the Beirut Business Forum.
If you’re unable to attend the first day, you can still join us on the second day without any issues. However, tickets grant access to the full two-day experience, so half-price tickets are not available.

The venue will have metal detectors and bag checks to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. Security Officers will be stationed inside and outside the venue as well.

Yes, the Forum will include a breakfast and lunch buffet, as well as an afternoon snack, with options clearly labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free to accommodate all dietary preferences. Refreshments such as coffee, water, and juices will also be available. All offerings are included with your ticket.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served at the Beirut Business Forum.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue to keep you connected during the event. We will share with all ticket holders the Wi-Fi Details prior to the event.
All attendees must have their own ticket to access the event. If your guest would like to join, you can either gift them a ticket or they’ll need to purchase a ticket separately.
Yes, there will be a designated Lost and Found corner at the venue.
Yes, personal filming and photography are allowed. We encourage you to capture your favorite moments, just make sure not to disrupt any sessions or speakers while doing so.
