How to Get There & Venue Info

Beirut Business Forum will be held at the Beirut Seaside Arena, located along the vibrant waterfront, just minutes from central Beirut. The venue is easily accessible by car, taxi, and public transportation.

We strongly encourage attendees to use shared or public transportation when possible to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions.

  • April 8: Doors open at 8:30 AM
  • April 9: Doors open at 8:30 AM

(Times are subject to change – check the agenda closer to the date.) Please allow extra time for security, badge pick-up, and bag/Coat drop-off. We also recommend checking the detailed agenda.

Transportation Options

car icon Taxi or Ride Share

Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Allo Taxi and Uber operate throughout Beirut. Drop-off and pick-up points will be clearly marked at the main entrance of the Arena.

Shuttle Service will be available on selected hotels. Locations and Schedules will be shared by email to all ticket holders.

Parking

On-site parking is available at the Beirut Seaside Arena, with additional overflow parking nearby.

  • Valet Parking: Free valet parking will be accessible for all ticket holders on the main entrance.
  • Open-air lots: Available within 5-minute walk

Badge Pick-up & Bag Storage

Each attendee will need to show their E-Ticket upon arrival at the venue. You can collect your badge on April 8th or 9th at Beirut Seaside Arena or upon arrival at the conference venue.

Whenever you claim your Event Badge, remember to take your ticket and an ID.

A cloak room will be available for small items, and there will be a dedicated storage area for larger bags and luggage upon arrival.

Please note that bag searches will be conducted in the registration area.

Food & Beverages at BBF 2026

Learning and connecting feel better when everyone is well taken care of. For this reason, we have teamed up with Cuizina to offer flavorful and uplifting food and beverages throughout the two day forum.

Special Diets & Allergy Info

We aim to offer choices that suit a wide range of dietary needs. All buffet lines will include clearly labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and lactose free options.

For specific allergens or less common dietary requirements, you can approach any staff member and they will gladly guide you.
